Acronis True Image on WD MyCloud EX2. What's the point and I have bought a Nas (WD MyCloud EX2). The nas has some applications, among those Acronis True Image, which I have installed and enabled. However I don't get the point of that app. There's a 'Configure' button but it's greyed out. I have downloaded and installed Acronis True Image on the desktop hoping that would 'magically' enable the app on nas, which it didn't. I also have a WD MyCloud EX2 and the main difference between this model and the EX2 is that this model uses cheaper NAS hard drives, not the Western Digital Red drives the EX2 comes with (which in my opinion are far better drives).
