Cisco VPN Client Connection to Concentrator-Reason 414

The error, "Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 412. The remote peer is no longer responding". Means that the software VPN Client detected that the VPN server is not responding anymore and deleted the connection. Now, this is caused by several different issues, for example: vpn access denied - Dell Community My vpn connection to work stopped working. THe message is Secvure VPN connection terminated by the client. Reason 414: Failed to establish a TCP connection. My company IT has not been able to determine the problem.
